Online Class Joining Guide (Zoom)
To join your online class, install Zoom Workplace on your laptop or phone before class starts. You can download Zoom from the official Zoom Download Centre. Zoom also lets you test your speaker and microphone before joining.
Step-by-step
- 1Install Zoom on your laptop or phone.
- 2Open the class link from your dashboard.
- 3Enter your full name and join the meeting.
- 4Click Join with Audio or Join with Computer Audio.
- 5Allow microphone and camera permission if asked.
- 6Use headphones or earphones for clear sound.
- 7Join 5–10 minutes early on the first day.
Before Your Class
Check your internet connection, device battery, camera, speaker, and microphone. A laptop or desktop is recommended for writing practice and mock tests. Mobile phone is also fine if needed.

If your payment fails, you can't access your class, or something doesn't look right in your dashboard — open a support request from your dashboard or contact us. We're here for technical issues, payment problems, and confusion — not for normal bookings, which all happen through the dashboard.
