Class Fee Refunds

Refunds Are NOT Available For
- ✗Missed classes, partial attendance, or late joining
- ✗Change of mind after the refund window
- ✗Issues caused by your own internet, device, or environment
- ✗Suspension or termination due to policy breach
- ✗Add-on services or mock test subscriptions that are already activated
If We Cancel a Batch
If we cancel a batch before it starts and don't offer a reasonable replacement option, we will refund the eligible amount you paid (minus any non-refundable third-party processing charges).
Exam Booking Fees
Important: Once your IELTS or PTE exam booking is confirmed, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This follows the official test provider's policy, which we cannot override.
International Payments
For international card payments, refunds (when eligible) are processed to your original payment source. The amount may be reduced by bank charges, currency conversion costs, and gateway fees. Cross-border refunds may take longer to process.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at ktmtestprep@ktmeducational.edu.np or message us on WhatsApp at +977 9747469800 with your name, plan, payment date, and reason for cancellation. Our team will reply within reasonable time.
